Meet the Team:

Gary Durbach typifies what it means to be a 'technology person'. He has been involved in the industry for 15 years, from sourcing products for tech retail stores, to developing software products for the masses. With an innate ability to track technology trends he has managed to guide his clients to success throughout his career.

Gary has recent management experience as the Vice President of Purchasing for Software Connection, USA, a NY software exporting business.  He has extensive experience with the development of technology related products and the development of Internet driven solutions.  He also most recently sold AdvanceWare Solutions, a software company with a focus on inventory & order management that he co-founded with Mr.Lipschitz .

In addition, Gary completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and holds numerous Microsoft Certifications. He and his wife Hayley have two children; their daughter Noa and son Eitan.

Anthony Lipschitz has been involved in technology consulting for over a decade. From dealing with telephony products, website design, marketing strategy and business development, he is well versed in speaking the customers language. His "listen first" approach allows him to assess the clients' needs and quickly determine the best fit. With vast experience in dealing with a gamut of industries from a sales perspective his knowledge of technology products and what works in various industries is invaluable.

Anthony has previous management experience with Allegiance Telecom Inc, (Nasdaq: ALGX).  He has experience with technology products and Internet related technology in addition to founding and selling a successful web hosting company.  Anthony has also worked in advertising and marketing conceiving and launching campaigns for products and services in such industries as satellite communications, biotech and manufacturing.  He also most recently sold AdvanceWare Solutions, a software company with a focus on inventory & order management that he co-founded with Mr.Durbach.  

In addition, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Media Arts degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. He and his wife Lisa have one son named Zachary.

Hayley Durbach has extensive experience in graphic and web design and worked as the Art Director at Presslink PR Services in Johannesburg, South Africa.  She also served as the President of Design and Product Development for AdvanceWare Solutions, a software development company that focused on the inventory & order management of distribution based companies. She also has experience as the Production and Purchasing Manager at the start-up clothing company, X-Dreem Corp. in New York, NY.

In addition, Hayley holds Advanced Diplomas in Advertising and Graphic Design from the Academy of Arts & Advertising in Johannesburg, South Africa. She and her husband Gary have two children; their daughter Noa and son Eitan.
